My vision and intention is for Lion Heart Leadership to become a long-term training ground for coaches, space-holders, and transformational entrepreneurs.
After the initial 4-week accelerator, I intend to give people the option to continue the journey.
A simple, pure-hearted invitation to keep going.
If you feel you got what you needed from the free 4-week training, you’re completely free and encouraged to part ways.
Yet if you feel called to go deeper and keep rising to new levels with the support of an experienced mentor and powerful tribe, you’ll have that option.

As someone who has been building in the transformation space for 12 years, I deeply understand the value of supportive containers that provide ongoing training, mentorship, sacred space, accountability, motivation, community, and inspirational fire to ignite your journey.

Who am I?
So, who’s the wily trickster putting all this together?!
Hey there! I’m Jordan Bates—also known simply as J or JB.
I’m a a man on the Path of the Heart. A man who Loves Divinity, Family, Life, and Truth. The loving father of Lila and husband of Tanja, I’m a leadership coach, spiritual guide, space-holder, heart messenger, rapper, and author of five books.
My quest for Truth has taken me to 35 countries and the far reaches of inner space. A long-time co-steward of HighExistence & Apotheosis, I’ve been joyfully building in the transformational space for 12 years now—in service of “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.” I quit my last day job in 2015 to pursue this calling full-time, and I have been blessed to earn hundreds of thousands of dollars through coaching, teaching, writing, music-making, & sacred entrepreneurship.
A prolific creator, I have freely published 1,000,000+ words online—~500+ articles/essays, five books, and tens of thousands of social media posts. I have also released ~20 rap albums & EPs, ~9 online video courses, and ~200+ videos total, including a ~dozen music videos. I have also (co-)created and (co-)led 15 entheogenic retreats on multiple continents, plus ~250+ live (online) workshops, 1:1 & group sessions, circles, containers, retreats, performances, and celebrations. My work has reached millions, and I have directly coached & held space for hundreds of people.
Through this work, I’ve cultivated a rich network of new-paradigm creators and visionaries. The lineages, teachings, revelations, & traditions that have impacted me most profoundly are: The Light of Christ & Love of God as transmitted by Jesus Christ, my ancestors, and many Christian mystics; the Yoga of Radiant Presence as transmitted by Peter Brown; the Kumankaya medicine path of Remi & Ashley Delaune; the direct entheogenic revelations of Ayahuasca, Bufo, Psilocybin, Cannabis, & other Gaian medicines; the Advaita Vedanta of Sri Anandamayi Ma & Ramana Maharshi; the nondual message of John Astin, Jim Newman, Joan Tollifson, and others; the Way of Tao as expressed by Lao Tzu; Dzogchen & Zen Buddhism; some forms of traditional indigenous animism & shamanism; and more. I humbly consider Jesus Christ, Radiant Presence, and the Ever Innocent Heart of God to be the truest ‘lineage holders’ of the work that I do.
I’m also simply a fun-loving dude who doesn’t take himself too seriously. I love dance, laughter, saunas, forests, open mics, wild freedom, bonfires, silliness, funky music, and chillaxation.

The 4 weekly sessions will last ~1.5 hours each and will likely take place on Wednesdays at 9am US Central Time / 4pm Central European Time.
